Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a lesson. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full lesson fee will be charged. For all intensive crash courses, 30 days' notice is required for cancellation. The full course amount will be charged if you cancel with less than 30 days' notice.
For cancellations, lesson rearrangements, test dates and other changes to your lessons, please contact your instructor directly. If you are unsure about cancellation arrangements, lesson timings, test requirements or which type of course would suit you, speak directly to your instructor for guidance. Following these requirements helps us keep lesson bookings organised and ensures you are well prepared for your driving lessons and tests.
Jay is a good driving 'coach'! I was nervous when I first got in the car, but from lesson one he put me right at ease; I never once felt awkward or pressured at all. He explains everything so clearly and keeps it calm and simple. I'm learning loads and feeling so confident now. Definitely recommend him
